We offer a dedicated 14-day return and exchange window starting from the exact date you receive your package. Whether you ordered a lightweight casual item for your daily routines or a luxury statement design for an upcoming grand event, you have ample time to inspect your outerwear and verify the sizing fit or aesthetic compatibility.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund or an exchange across All Abayas featured in our modern online catalog, items must strictly meet the following criteria:

The garments must remain completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original designer tags, product labels, and protective packaging materials must be fully intact.

The fabric must show absolutely no visible signs of makeup, perfume scents, or accidental stains.

3. Colored and Occasion Abaya Exceptions

Please note that our vibrant Colored Abayas and delicate, heavily embellished Occasion Abayas undergo a rigorous multi-step quality control inspection before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of their intricate handiwork, premium embroidery, and specialized textile dyes, any custom-tailored sizes or bespoke altered hemlines cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, simply send an explicit request to our dedicated customer support email or reach out directly via WhatsApp. Please share your registered online order number along with clear photos of the item’s current condition. Once our administration team confirms approval, securely pack the parcel and dispatch it back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your returned package arrives safely at our facility, our quality team will carefully inspect the garment to ensure compliance. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The final balance will be issued directly as digital store credit or reversed back to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping fees.
